Item(s ) will ship 3-5 days after order is placed. You will receive an email notifying you item(s) have shipping and tracking information will be included in email.  

 

We offer free returns for STORE CREDIT ONLY for all U.S. orders & no restocking fees! You have 30 days from the date of fulfillment to return all eligible items. The Store Credit will be calculated for the item(s) purchased and does not include the amount paid for shipping. Store credit never expires. All merchandise must be unwashed, unworn, tags attached and in original condition. Please include the Packing Slip with all eligible items authorized for your return in the return package. International orders are not eligible for free returns/exchange currently. Return shipping fees will be subtracted from your store credit.   

 

Items that are not eligible for returns and/or exchanges are items marked as “last chance” and jewelry.
